    I see people with knee pain, frozen shoulder, lower-back pain, early arthritis, sciatica, muscular strain and other non-emergency musculoskeletal concerns. If an X-ray or specialist referral is needed, I guide you through that too.

    Yes. I review every prescription you take so herbs and therapies work alongside them without interaction.

    Not always. Some patients benefit from therapies like Kati Basti or Janu Basti, but many improve with herbal support, diet and gentle movement alone.

    Many people feel easier movement and less stiffness within a few sessions. Deep strengthening and tissue repair take longer and vary by individual.

    Yes – and I often recommend it. I provide guidance on stretches and yoga that complement Ayurveda and your physiotherapist’s plan.
