Every Abhyangam massage begins with specially selected medicated oils prepared from traditional Ayurvedic herbs. After understanding your dosha and body imbalance, the oils are gently warmed and applied using rhythmic strokes across the body.

This process improves blood circulation, nourishes the skin and tissues, relaxes muscles, and allows the body to enter a deeply restful state.

Step 2 – Potli Therapy for Deep Relaxation

As the body relaxes, warm herbal potlis are softly pressed over specific areas. These herbal bundles help reduce stiffness, body pain, fatigue, and accumulated

stress.

The warmth of the herbs combined with therapeutic touch creates a grounding experience that supports both physical and emotional release.

Step 3 – Herbal Steam Bath (Swedana)

The final stage includes a mild herbal steam bath that opens the pores and allows the oils to penetrate deeply into the tissues.
