3. Our Services
We offer:
- In-clinic Ayurvedic consultations and therapies at our clinic in Sector 30-C, Chandigarh
- Online consultations by phone or video for patients in India and abroad
Online consultations are subject to suitability. If the doctor advises that an in-clinic visit or further medical tests are needed, the patient will be informed.
4. Booking and Payments
- Consultation fees are shown on our Contact page at the time of booking. All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
- Consultation fees are payable in advance to confirm a booking.
- Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment partner. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from our team by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Fees for therapies, treatment programmes and medicines, if any, are communicated separately before they begin.
- Fees may be revised from time to time. The fee applicable is the one shown at the time of booking.
5.Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read it before booking.
6. Patient Responsibilities
By booking a consultation, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your health, existing conditions, medicines and treatments
- Inform the doctor of any allergies, pregnancy or ongoing medical care
- Follow medical advice responsibly and seek emergency care when needed
- Join online consultations on time, from a place with a stable connection
