Step 1 – Focused Marma Activation – Awakening Energy Points

The session begins by stimulating specific marma points along the head, temples, and neck – delicate nerve centres that influence emotional and mental balance. This activation opens energy channels (nadis), harmonises prana vayu, and melts away the mental clutter caused by fatigue and constant digital stress. Within minutes, the mind begins to settle into deep calm.

Step 2 – The Calming Oil Ritual

Once the marma points are awakened, warm, medicated oils infused with herbs such as Brahmi, Bhringraj, Ashwagandha, and Jatamansi are gently poured over the scalp and massaged in smooth, circular strokes. The technique nourishes hair roots, enhances blood flow, and releases muscular tension from the head, neck, and shoulders – restoring clarity, grounding, and focus.
