Cooling, hydrating foods (cucumber, melons, coconut water);
Pacify Pitta’s heat; best fresh in summer or midday. Avoid at night (causes cold/damp).
Grains: barley, rice, wheat;
Light and cooling; balance acidity and heat. Prefer steamed/boiled forms.
Fruits: grapes, pomegranate, pears;
Naturally cooling and sweet-astringent; reduce inflammation and heat.
Dairy: milk, ghee (in moderation);
Soothe heat, but only if digestion tolerates; avoid in lactose intolerance or during colds.
Spices: coriander, fennel, cardamom;
Cooling aromatics aid digestion without overheating.
❌ Avoid: spicy, sour, oily food, excess coffee/alcohol;
All worsen acidity, skin issues, and irritability.

Wake 5:30–6 am;
Early rising calms intensity, avoids the “overheat” of late mornings.
